T-Bird Emergency

RMS Queen Mary 1955 (2)
In 1967 Queen Mary was sold to become a hotel, museum and conference centre at Long Beach, California. She was in service between 1934 and 1967, mostly on the Southampton to New York run. Taken by Murray Douglas.

Trans-Canada in the early1960s
Stanley Douglas travelling through the Rockies by Canadian Pacific Railways--looking like a character from an Ian Fleming novel. I don't suppose anyone travels that route in a 3-piece worsted suit these days. (Obviously winter time - there's snow on those rocks).
